This is a new hand crafted wood sign that will have the family’s last name on the top sign and then each sign hanging below will have the family’s first name. The top sign measures about 5.5” x 16” and each hanging signs will measure about 3 1/2” x 16” (sign measurement may vary slightly). We will send you a picture of the actual sign for you to preview before we ship the sign out. Each sign is hand made in our store located in Beaver Dam, WI. Letters are made using a laser engraver (block style letters as shown in add picture) and rest of the sign is hand crafted.  Each sign has its own special characteristics such as:  wood grain, knots in the wood, minor imperfections in the wood itself, and any characteristics that may develop during the hand crafting process.

 We copy and paste what you send me. The note you send me will be what is on the sign (A picture is nice but it isn’t a substitute for your note (We can’t copy and paste from a picture).

 If we make a mistake we will remake the sign at no charge. If you change your mind after we make the sign there may be a charge to cover wasted materials.

A good note format is:

* Picture is a representation of signs being sold (lettering will be filled in, not outlined like listing photos).

* Each line can hold about 15 characters.

* The sections will come separated and are easily assembled using s and eye hooks. The necessary hardware to assemble is already attached to the signs.

* Assembled size is about 24” tall, 16” wide and 5/8” thick.

* Made from real pine, not plywood.

* Outside edge of sign will have a design groove cut in it with a router on all 4 sides.

* Clear-coat sealer applied to both side unless you specifically tell us at time you place the order.

* Sign can be hung indoors or outside.

* Sign will have 2 keyhole slots cut into the back for easier hanging.

* Due to customization, no returns accepted on approved designs.  If product arrives damaged due to shipping, after proof is received, sign will be remade and shipped at no cost to the customer.

* We only ship to the United States. Any orders outside US will be canceled.

* The sealing process takes about 2 days and we usually ship on the 3rd day, except for holidays and weekends.

* We strive for a 100% positive customer satisfaction and will do our best to work with you if any issues arise so please contact us.

* We do offer many different signs for sale so if you don’t see a sign or size you are looking for contact us and we can probably make it for you in our style of signage.
